The space costs $180+gst per week for the full room and this covers rent, building insurance, rates and the use of facilities (meeting area, bathroom, kitchen etc). Lesser expenses are split across a total of 3 businesses and are based on individual business useage (phone, wireless ADSL, power etc).The lease is available from late June and would best suit a creative (design/photography/film/marketing etc) or 1-2 person business.
