Congratulations Jessie Jacobsen | 24.6.07

Husk are extremely proud to congratulate Jessie Jacobsen on winning the MacDiarmid Scientist of the Year Award 2007 for her work towards finding for a cure for Huntington's disease. Jessie's award included a cash prize of $10,000 and a trip to the British Association of Science Festival in September. Jessie chose Husk to assist with her presentation poster and we had fun developing a newspaper article to best show off her clever research (though naturally she had to dumb it down a shade for us mere design mortals).
