WSPA Stray Dogs Appeal 2007 | 17.2.07

For stray dogs in Colombo, life can be horrific. These poor dogs have to compete for survival, desperately scavenging and constantly at risk of becoming infected with fatal diseases like rabies and distemper. Collected from the streets, their misery and hardship continues, crammed in tiny, unhygienic cages with the spread of disease unavoidable.
